What your website needs to do
A website is useful when it solves a specific problem. It might explain a complex service, present product options or collect the information needed for an estimate. Saying ‘we need a nice website’ leaves too much unanswered: who will see it, what they need to understand and how they will contact you.
- A service website explains who the offer is for, shows work and terms, and makes it easy to get in touch.
- A catalog helps people choose from your range and send the selected item to a manager.
- A landing page explains one offer in detail and focuses on one main action.
- A website with an interactive feature can provide an initial estimate, recommend an option or collect an inquiry with the required details.
What we agree on before work starts
I build web interfaces with React and Next.js. Technology is part of the solution; what matters more to you is which pages and actions will be ready. Before development, we agree on the structure, materials, features and acceptance criteria.
‘Turnkey’ does not define a scope by itself. Copywriting, administration, online payments, third-party system setup and ongoing support are discussed separately. An advertising campaign is not included in website development.
- Which services and products to show, and what visitors need to understand on each page.
- Who prepares the copy, photos, prices and factual information. We do not use someone else's reviews or results as your own.
- Which features are needed: chat, a form, a catalog, a calculator or bookings. For integrations, we check the capabilities of the specific service.
- How the website looks and works on mobile and desktop, including what happens if a form fails.
- How materials will be updated after handover: code changes or a separate management interface if one is needed.
How the work progresses
I work remotely with businesses in Russia and Kazakhstan, including Almaty and Astana. We can discuss the structure, designs and working version online. Payment terms, documents and convenient contact times are agreed individually.
- You describe your business, audience and the action customers should take. If you have a website, send its link.
- We define the first version: pages, materials, features and constraints. We can then estimate cost and timing.
- We agree on the structure and visual direction, then build a working version for review.
- We check the agreed scenarios: navigation, mobile layout, forms and inquiry delivery. Test inquiries are kept distinct from real ones.
- After your acceptance, we separately agree on publication, access handover and future changes.
What affects cost and timing
The scope depends on the number of distinct pages, the readiness of materials, feature complexity and external integrations. A single screen with finished copy and a filterable catalog require different amounts of work, even if both are described as a ‘small website’.
For an initial discussion, describe the service, share your existing materials and list essential features. If you have a budget limit or deadline, mention it at the start: we can discuss what belongs in the first version and what can wait. I do not quote a universal price without a defined scope.
What you can verify in the result
Acceptance is based on agreed actions: visitors understand the offer, find the information they need, submit details through a working process or open the correct contact. We check that pages are accessible to search engines and that actions can be measured.
A finished website does not create an audience on its own. Inquiries depend on relevant visitors, a convincing offer and a response to their messages. Search rankings, inquiry volumes and revenue are not guaranteed by development.

Let’s discuss your task
Tell me what your business does and what customers should do on the website. We can discuss a suitable scope and the information needed for an estimate.
A message to get you started
Hi Vladislav! I read your ‘Business website’ page. I need a website for [business], based in [city/country]. Customers should be able to [action]. Materials [are ready/need to be prepared]. What do you need to estimate cost and timing?
Adjust it to your task. Opening a chat does not send a message.
